Restaurant Policies

Outside Food
We do not allow any outside food, including cakes, to be brought into the restaurant. If you wish to order a custom cake from our pastry team click here

Corkage
We prefer to feature our well-curated wines, however, if you choose to bring your own, our corkage is $50 per bottle with a two (750ml) bottle per table limit. No current vintages permitted and the wine cannot be currently listed on our wine list

Children
While we love children, Miller Union isn’t really the restaurant for them. We encourage you to get a babysitter and come here for date night instead! We are unable to offer special accommodations for children. We do not have children’s menus, high chairs or booster seats available.

Cellular Devices
To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from using speakerphone, engaging in audible video calls or viewing videos with the volume turned up while inside the restaurant. These activities can disrupt the ambiance and disturb other patrons.

We respectfully request that you:

Use headphones for any phone calls and video calls to keep conversations private.

Step outside if you need to make or receive a call without headphones.

Refrain from viewing videos with the volume turned on.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.

Service Animals
We also love our pets, but we do not allow emotional support animals, comfort animals or therapy animals in any of our dining areas even with a doctor’s note.  Only an animal that is trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability (physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability) will be permitted on the porch only. Please contact the restaurant ahead of time if you plan to bring a service animal.

Misrepresenting your pet as a service animal negatively impacts the quality of life and independence for service animal users.
