This menu is subject to change based on seasonality and product availability.

oysters on the half shell, ginger mignonette

smoked trout mousse, black pepper cracker
curried potato rosti, cilantro-coconut chutney
conch pea hummus, benne seed, crudités

SECOND  choice of:
brandade croquette, pimenton aioli, meyer lemon
shrimp & pumpkin bisque, pumpkin seed, fine herbes
local lettuces, buttermilk-herb dressing, cucumber, carrot, radish
smoked beef, turnip, broccoli, citrus, fried shallot, benne

THIRD choice of:
daily fish, parmesan brodo, collards, carrots, grit cake, brown butter, kumquat
grass fed coulotte steak, sweet potato, kale, apple, smoked paprika, shallot aioli
braised duck leg, farro, mushroom, turnip, brussels, kohlrabi, meyer lemon
seasonal vegetable plate

DESSERT & CHEESE choice of:
wabash cannonball, pear butter, walnut, kumquat marmalade
blood orange chocolate ganache, whipped milk chocolate, bitter cocoa
meyer lemon curd tart, raspberry sorbet, almond streusel, toasted meringue
butterscotch budino, salted caramel, chantilly, cocoa streusel

**Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your reservation. We will automatically charge a $50 per person fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
